In my opinion, the sauce is the best part of the meal! Finding sauces that are also healthy though can be a bit of a challenge, which is just one more reason to love this one!
Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce
- 1 avocado pitted
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper seeded
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chipotle seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
Add all of the ingredients to an electric blender and pulse until smooth.
Add up to a 1/4 cup of water to thin if needed.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
