Yes – it’s dairy free, yes – it’s Paleo, and yes – it’s delicious!
The best thing about this recipe (besides the taste), is that unlike a lot of other similar Paleo recipes, it is quick and easy. You can easily whip this appetizer up for a party, football game, or just a tasty snack.
I love keeping a jar of Primal Kitchen paleo mayonnaise in the fridge. I don’t use mayo in a ton of recipes, but when I do, I want it to be convenient and quick, as opposed to making my own.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken shredded (about 2 chicken breasts)
- 1 cup Primal Kitchen mayonnaise or homemade!
- ½ cup buffalo sauce I used Franks's RedHot Buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¾ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir well.

Pour the mixture into a 8x8” dish or a similarly sized round one.

Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are lightly brown and bubbling.

Enjoy warm with homemade crackers, carrots, or celery.
