Buffalo Chicken Dip

Yes – it’s dairy free, yes – it’s Paleo, and yes – it’s delicious!

The best thing about this recipe (besides the taste), is that unlike a lot of other similar Paleo recipes, it is quick and easy. You can easily whip this appetizer up for a party, football game, or just a tasty snack.

I love keeping a jar of Primal Kitchen paleo mayonnaise in the fridge. I don’t use mayo in a ton of recipes, but when I do, I want it to be convenient and quick, as opposed to making my own.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded (about 2 chicken breasts)
  • 1 cup Primal Kitchen mayonnaise or homemade!
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce I used Franks's RedHot Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir well.

  2. Pour the mixture into a 8x8” dish or a similarly sized round one.

  3. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are lightly brown and bubbling.

  4. Enjoy warm with homemade crackers, carrots, or celery.
