“Snickers” Coffee Creamer

I really love my coffee in the mornings. If I’m being honest, I really love my coffee WITH coffee creamer. I wish I didn’t like those store-bought, chemically-altered, fake ingredients creamer as much as I do, but I think they’re delicious. So finding a healthy, Paleo alternative that I love is a bit of a challenge.

This creamer recipe is Paleo, vegan, and clean, but mimics more of a Snickers Mocha. I’ve tried a lot of different creamer recipes, and this is my favorite!

"Snickers" Coffee Creamer

  • 1 - 16 oz can full fat coconut milk
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • tsp almond extract


  1. Pour the coconut milk into a Mason jar (or other container) to shake.
  2. Add the honey or maple syrup (maple syrup has more of a "caramel" taste), cocoa powder and almond extract.
  3. Shake well and store in a glass container in the fridge for 7-10 days.
