Avocado Smoothie

Are you a smoothie fan? I love smoothies, but I often end up avoiding them because of the added sugar of a lot of fruits. This one may sound a little funky (and look a little green!), but I LOVE this smoothie. It’s healthy and just sweet enough, without being overkill. It’s so refreshing and it’s even easy to make smoothie packets ahead of time to grab on the go.

Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • small chunk fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!
